概要：
試樣溶解在含有少量水的甲苯異丙醇混合溶劑中，以氫氧化鉀異丙醇標準溶液為(wei) 滴定劑進行電位滴定，所用的電極對為(wei) 玻璃指示電極甘汞參比電極，在手繪或自動繪製的電位滴定劑量的曲線上僅(jin) 把明顯突躍點作為(wei) 終點，如果沒有明顯突躍點，則以相應的新配非水酸性或堿性緩衝(chong) 溶液的電位值作為(wei) 滴定終點。
